Product Manager AI Driven
Lead the evolution of DYNAMO Journeys by integrating AI into every layer of the platform. You will define the roadmap of AI-driven features that transform how Telcos communicate with 500M+ users.
What you will do
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap focused on AI/ML
- Design intelligent segmentation features, predictive triggers, and automatic journey optimization
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and CVM teams at our Telco clients
- Analyze product data to identify improvement opportunities and new use cases
- Lead discovery with enterprise clients (Claro, Tigo, MTN, Altice) to validate hypotheses
What we look for
- 4+ years as Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally in Telco, AdTech, or MarTech
- Hands-on experience with ML/AI models applied to product (you don't need to be a data scientist, but must understand the stack)
- Track record of launching data-driven features with measurable KPI impact
- Ability to communicate with Telco C-levels and technical teams alike
- Advanced English (clients in Africa, Europe, and LATAM)
Bonus points if you have
Fullstack Sr Developer
Build the omnichannel orchestration platform used by 70+ global Telcos. You will work on a product processing 500M+ interactions per month, with real-world challenges in scale, real-time processing, and distributed architecture.
What you will do
- Design and develop end-to-end features on our SaaS platform (React/Next.js + Node.js + PostgreSQL)
- Implement integrations with Telco infrastructure: SMPP, WhatsApp/META APIs, OTA, HLR
- Build the visual journey builder, campaign manager, and real-time analytics dashboards
- Optimize performance and scalability for millions of daily transactions
- Participate in architecture decisions and mentor junior developers
What we look for
- 5+ years of fullstack experience with React/Next.js and Node.js
- Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching (Redis)
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures, message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and microservices
- Experience with cloud (AWS or GCP), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker)
- Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team
